It would be helpful if the opening times were updated. your a big enough company have someone look after your online details. We make plans around what you display and medicine is pretty important. Your shit I'm changing to a supermarket pharmacy as they can be relied on.

Dreadful customer service! The pharmacist is incredibly abrupt and unbelievably rude! After going in for an emergency prescription tonight she clearly didn't want to issue it to me. When I eventually asked if she was going to withold my sons diabetes medication, she rolled her eyes and stated "you know I can't do that" then attempted to draw out giving me the medication. The other customer in the store was horrified at the attitude I encountered. She really needs to work on self care then she may enjoy her job more!!

Was prescribed antibiotics by OOH doctor, couldn't find the strength needed locally so called other pharmacies further away. Staff agreed they had a certain dose in stock and would hold it back. Drove 15 miles there to collect, only to find that the wrong information had been given and they couldn't dispense it.
No apology given, just told to ring 111 for emergency prescription.
Will now have to wait until at least Monday before treatment can start.
Very disappointing.

Asks questions about prescriptions they have no business asking, such as who prescribed it, why is it prescribed. Refuses to dispense your medication unless you agree to them calling you about said medication a week later, even though they've had nothing to do with you being prescribed it. Then hang up on you when they call about said medication and your questioning them on why as they have no right asking such questions.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. Was very abrupt and rude with the counter assistant too which says a lot about the person.
Glad it isn't my local pharmacy.
