The girl tried her best to be efficient and friendly but fell short. The cost of tea and cake is disgusting. I know there are overheads but one teabag and boiled where is about 20p. Just go home and have one at home for a twentieth of the price.

A lovely Waterstones, very clean and tidy with a great collection of books. I?m autistic and I always find Waterstones so relaxing; if I?m out and about and struggling it?s the place I go.

best bookshop! The staff are the kindest and the atmosphere is perfect! The shop itself and the staff are very friendly, from a person who struggles with being in public places this shop is amazing, when its busy it doesn?t feel like it because the shop is bigger but not to big

Waterstones is a book haven. It might be that they are a huge chain and I do prefer local bookshops but, there sadly aren't as many as there used to be. The Darlington Waterstones is a favourite, I'm not sure i can explain why, they seem to have different books out compared to other branches and I always find a book or two to buy, which is a problem as I have so many yet to read....
