The worst bank I've had the displeasure to deal with. Cashier services that take half an hour to complete each transaction, endless inaccuracies with forms and paperwork, and a totally inadequate online service for the 21st century. The customer survey reports displayed in their branches tell all: go somewhere else, save yourselves!

Terrible customer service.Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible,even your own bank.You're put on hold all the time for long periods of time.Poor serice.

I would like to say how very helpful Lisa was today at the Darlington branch today. She was really lovely and explained everything to us. When we couldn't login to my banking app she very kindly pushed it through it through for us manually. Alot nicer than the durham branch who was rude and abrupt when we went in a couple of weeks ago. Had dodgy phone supposedly from Argos prime I owed money, don't have prime number you get gives automatic voice press 1 if dispute when you do get same message I hung up went to bank staff sorted it. It's a scam.

I have now transfered to another bank after being with virgin money for years. Before they amalgalated and moved i was quite happy with them but there doesn't seem to be many of the virgin staff there now. I mean how many people carry a passport around with them!!!!.I kept getting asked for I.D when i wanted cash over the counter. I know they habe to have security measures but for myself enough was enough.

Been with Virgin Money for a few years now and recently it it merged with Yorkshire Bank..Anyway just want to say what lovely staff they have! Puts banks like Halifax to shame..Keep it up guys :)

Check Check Check your paperwork. Deposited cash into current account and they debited my account by that amount. 51 Years as a Yorkshire Bank customer - Not good Yorkshire Bank.....Where's my apology? You cant get in touch with the branch to sort things like this out, its all call centres. Even when you ask to be put though its always busy.........
