Never did I think I?d be on first name terms with the staff from a running shop! These guys and girls are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. The Social Run Group set up at the shop is a great idea, a fun, free, social event, taking place every Monday evening. Whether you?re a speed freak or a plodder (like me) you will always be made welcome!

Had a great experience here today! We came to get gait analysis & advice on trainers for my teenage daughter who has started running recently but has pronated feet. The team were really welcoming and helpful, and the staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable and inspired real confidence. She talked us through a good range of options for support, & we're really pleased with the trainers my daughter chose. I also came away with a new running bra which she fitted professionally for me - again, clearly knew her stuff, & made the whole experience very comfortable for us both. Many thanks - we'll definitely be coming back in future. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic customer experience. I got my gait analysed after having knee pain during running. Simon analysed my gait for me and expertly explained to me exactly what shoe I needed. I left as a very satisfied customer!

I am an absolute amateur when it comes to running, but the staff in this shop didn?t ever make me feel as if I couldn?t do it. I called ahead to request parking information and whether or not an appointment was required, and Simon was absolutely lovely. He provided great information on where to park, and immediately assessed my gait when I arrived, providing his expert analysis as hoped. Giving me a myriad of trainers to try on, he allowed me to test them both up and down the shop, and on the treadmill. I wasn?t even self conscious about running in the window! I felt completely at ease and like my concerns were listened to. I was also offered a bra fitting by the lovely female staff member (whose name I can?t recall, I apologise) so that I could get myself a properly fitting running bra. I?ve not had chance to try either of them yet, however, they made me feel like everything was possible! I can?t wait to give them a spin.
