Helped me to withdraw the cash from a orphaned TSB savings account. A shame the app doesn't allow a withdrawal from a savings account.

Yesterday I went to the branch to unlock my online banking. I have to say Alex on the front customer help desk could not have been more helpful. I liked his polite and methodical approach. He took time to carefully resolve the situation. His manner was courteous, very friendly, and inquisitive yet he knew the boundaries and not to go too far or be over friendly. The job was achieved with ease and no fuss . Brilliant. Should get promoted. Thank you will look forward to coming again.

Been with this bank for 50yrs with no problems. But can't bank there anymore due to the fact I work and they don't. Only open 3hrs/day and not at all on weekend. Surely it's not hard to update opening times either, both Google and website incorrect. Not a bank for workers. Have now been force to change my Internet login as its not to there liking.

Clised for lunch daily 12.30 to 13.30 your hours need to be updated.. wasted time coming as google state you are open 9.00 til 17.00

I love this Bank and wouldn't Bank anywhere else when most Banks these days are relying on customer's performing almost all of their transactions themselves the TSB has real people to talk to and to help you.
