So this review isnt about the shop, but rather the network itself, I moved to Smarty (who piggyback off the Three network) back in May 2025 and the experience was awful like i couldn't load anything at home as I can't get WiFi at home so I have to rely on my data. Went to Giffgaff about 20 days later and then in August 2025, about a week and a half before writing this review, I went back to Smarty and the Internet speed and 4G signal has massively improved (not so much the signal but the Internet speed has gotten way more consistent than before). I think Three was bad as I went to them before they merged with Vodafone and for anyone wanting lots of data for a low cost I recommend Smarty, as Three have gotten way better since June when they merged with Vodafone.
Also, as the 2 networks have merged, for any of you on Three or a network that piggybacks off them, if Vodafone has better signal than Three where you are, you can automatically switch onto a Vodafone mast so you'll get the best signal wherever you are as it'll move to Vodafone where they're better than Three and if its the other way round, I think Vodafone customers can move to Three whereever Three is better than Vodafone.
Definitely staying with Smarty this time!

Ive been a customer for yrs with three,the last twice ive gone in for help regarding my phone i felt i was a hindrence and they couldn't be bothered.we got the broad band too which doesn't work but they still making us pay even though weve had to go else to another provider.my contract runs out November ill be going else where.

Picked a new phone phone today Harum and Darren in the Darlington store gave me excellent advice in choosing the right phone for my needs. They took the time to transfer all my info from my old phone into my new one and put a new SIM card in my old phone so it can continue to be used . I feel both Harum and Darren went above and beyond today . I would highly recommend this 3 three store

i went into the store today to have an issue with a sim card sorted out and they were extremely helpful with providing me what i needed to get my phone up and running again. i came out with a working pay monthly sim & a tablet foe an extra £5 a month, a very affordable price! apologies for not remembering the name of the man who helped me, but he was extremely pleasant and make me feel really comfortable and relaxed ( particularly with having severe anxiety issues. ) and the same goes for the rest of the staff! they were all incredibly kind and helpful. happy i came to three! x

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the friendly, expert team in the Darlington Three store with a particular mention to Darren, Store Manager and Martin. I have been a Three customer for many years and not the most technical, so have really appreciated their help, advice and support during recent visits. They are such an approachable team....have always taken time to answer my (many) questions. Recently went sim only and upgraded to the new Honor tablet, which resulted in a monthly saving for me of £30. Thank you so much!!
