So this review isnt about the shop, but rather the network itself, I moved to Smarty (who piggyback off the Three network) back in May 2025 and the experience was awful like i couldn't load anything at home as I can't get WiFi at home so I have to rely on my data. Ive been a customer for yrs with three,the last twice ive gone in for help regarding my phone i felt i was a hindrence and they couldn't be bothered.we got the broad band too which doesn't work but they still making us pay even though weve had to go else to another provider.my contract runs out November ill be going else... read full comment
