Shutter down at 7:48pm is a bit cheeky, only wanting to grab a couple of cleaning items.
The Range is an absolute shower.
Bought some curtains in local store, I wanted 2 packs, they only had one, young girl stated ?erm no? we only have what?s out?. Got curtains home, black marks on them.
Checked click and collect stock, ordered 2 x pairs at another store, cancelled the next day. Ordered 2 x pairs at a third store showing 9 in stock? cancelled.
Beyond laughable.
So now the range have nearly £300 of my money for curtains they can?t even provide. An utter shower as per usual.

Was looking for a multi photo frame. Found one easily, queue at checkout and only one cashier (who was very nice)

Went into bishop aukland range, what we went in for was out of stock got told there was 4 at Darlington, after travelling 30 mins,we got there and was told they had been packed away to be returned to the warehouse, I asked if they could unpack one, and was told the paperwork had been done so no they couldn't, the item was a raten cushion storage box 214 pound down to 114 pound, I got told to order it on-line as they were awaiting Christmas stock?in july?if everyone ordered items online there would be no shops and no jobs for these people, not the first time dissatisfied with the range, wont be spending my money with them anymore

A massive range of quality goods. The hobby section is worth a visit. They have everything I need. The staff is so helpful and knows where to find things.

Young man called Tom is an absolute credit to the Darlington store, helped me numerous times with a lot of bags of plum slate and even helped me load it into my van, nothing was too much to ask and he went above and beyond, thanks again Tom.
