My wife and I popped by to look at Boss Exilar, we were quickly served by a lovely young girl called Sophie, so helpful, friendly and told us about offers and discounts. We ended up buying the boss and a Jimmy choo! Great prices and service and big thanks to Sophie, a pleasure.

Visited this store today to purchase an expensive bottle of perfume, I was being served by a young assistant who was more than helpful, However the treatment I received from the manager of the store was appalling, needless to say the assistant didn?t get her sale!
Also an official complaint will be raised

I?m absolutely gutted now,went there and requested for EDP of stronger with you by Emporio Armani and made payment. When I got home I discovered i was packaged EDT and my son had already opened the pack.

Brilliant experience with my daughter choosing her a special gift of her first proper fragrance.Massiv thanks to Ashley who was knowledgeable, patient with our needs and gave us the lovely experience we wanted for our 15 year old.She drew out of my shy daughter what she liked and didn't like until we narrowed it down to two... We cam back to the shop later in the day my daughter having a clear choice. Ashley then gave me a choice in what we could buy... I'd already had a Google and t he prices she gave us were the best I could find.Would highly recomend.Also the wheel ch air access was fantastic and staff were patient with my needs and gave us a brilliant experience.My daughter is thrilled with the lovely bag, box etc... Thank you x
