“For a small supermarket they sell all the necessities and more. Just a little expensive for everyday shopping but understand they don't have the same pricing abilities as larger supermarkets. They also sell odd bits and pieces which are really useful. A friend bought jump leads from them in the past which were cheaper than B&Ms. Wasn't something I'd expect them to have and a pleasant surprise. Also very helpful. If they don't have something and you ask, they will try to get it in for you.”
“Love herons, favourite place to shop just wish and hope the prices weren’t getting a bit pricey but other than that its my goto shop as usually its cheap yet nice food. Wish They didn’t sell out of stuff so fast but thats not their fault lol”

“I was at Sainsbury's in Darlington with a service user to get some groceries. Sainsbury's is quite cheaper than some other grocery stores. A good place to get your groceries if you are in Darlington. The staff were of great help when we were trying to get some groceries and can't get to locate them.”

“Staff are always very friendly and provide a great service even packing bags without being asked. There is always a good variety of products in store in a clean and tidy atmosphere. Lost a point as sometimes there is empty shelves when it comes to basic products such as bread and children's sweets but this is rare.”

The store keeps more everyday products and produce than it size suggests. A Tardis not Londis springs to mind. A vast improvement which deserves this rating. “No issues. Straight in and out. Pump was working as expected. Gloves were available which I like to use. I am disabled so used the pay at pump option which was working fine. My Son went inside to get some drinks and snacks and was happy with the service he received.”
