Absolutely useless staff and management. Wanted a specific product and checked before I bought that it was what I wanted and was assured it was. After paying I checked what was in the bag only to find it was something else and not what I specified. Told refund would be 4-5 days although payment is instantaneous. Manager blamed the banks. I could name the member of staff whose name is on the receipt, but won't spoil her day like she's spoilt mine.

Watch the pricing in this store. On numerous occasions I have taken items to the till and then be charged a totally different price to that on the display ticket. Always in the shop's favour too. You can easily be caught out if buying a few items.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Superdrug darlington, recently due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the store manager. I approached her, her nametag said clair to ask for assistance with finding a product, and not only was she unhelpful, but her attitude was dismissive and condescending. I couldn?t believe she was the manager?her lack of customer service skills was shocking. Instead of providing any real help, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
This is not the level of service I expect from a store, especially not from someone in a leadership role. I?ll think twice before shopping here again if this is the standard of management they uphold.

I would like to say that the service from the team is absolutely brilliant,I went over there to have good recommendation for some products for my make up,the young girl name Aston who is the staff in the superdrug store was really help me beyond I expected.great service with friendly staff ??

I?ve been here twice in my life both times, they had a security guard, follow me and my friends around. Entire staff is racist and very aggressive when speaking to customers. They need to get it together and stop racial profiling

There was many of products to pick from. Very well-stocked. The staff was friendly. Good customer service. Reasonably priced. Nice and clean store. Good shopping experience.

Jacqueline needs sending on a customer service course before she loses the store anymore custom. Very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't go back in this store because of this.

I often shop in this store, buy more often than not you are alway charged a higher price at the till, or the bogof does not come off.I alway check the price when it goes through the till, they usually change it, but last time they said it wasn't on offer when it was, so I know go elsewhere.I have emailed and complained numerous times, but all they say is thankyou for letting us know.

Went this morning to get dad some panadol priced at 4.99 went to pay and they asked for 5.25 he asked about it and they said that the price had changed but I said that they should have changed the price on items as it was falsely priced and would not pay they said they were just going to change them but my sister went in later and they were still at 4.99 on shelf this is not right .
