very poor quality of frame which you are paying
just a small touch The frames got damaged
when you are buying ,The staf was saying it's is good quality.with in One month The specs fall down from My face it's broken and which we can't repair it

I ordered a pair of safety glasses, I chose the ones that I wanted and thought I would get bifocal lenses.
When they came I could see straight away that they were not fit for purpose as the person who had measured my eyes clearly wasn?t trained to a standard to be doing it and not only that what was discussed with him about what was needed to which he said he ordered wasn?t even available as a option.
Come on specsavers save my time and money and yours and train staff to a standard to just even understand a product and a customer needs.
By the way I asked for a refund and was told I had to weight 24hrs for it what type of service is that.

Booked myself in for my first eye test, knowing what to expect after reading up on the stages of a full test with OCT scan.
Honestly, the whole experience felt quite impersonal. The pre test stage took place in a room with zero privacy which made me feel uncomfortable.
When I went in for the actual test, the optometrist tried to stop my partner from coming in with me but I insited I wouldn't go in without him. Furthermore he didn't seem too bothered about anything I had to say and was not helpful in explaining the results of the test because he straight up didn't.
Finally when I chose a pair of glasses I made it clear that they were a bit tight around the side of my head only for the member of staff who served me to say "Well they fit you well." So, I can see myself going somewhere else to get them corrected.
Overall, the experience was miserable all because of the staff. They weren't interested and were dismissive and rude to my partner. I will never be coming back to this branch.I recently scheduled my first eye exam, having researched the procedure, including the OCT scan, beforehand.
To be frank, the entire experience felt rather impersonal. The preliminary testing was conducted in a room lacking privacy, which made me uneasy.
During the main examination, the optometrist initially attempted to prevent my partner from accompanying me, but I insisted on his presence. Moreover, the optometrist seemed unconcerned with my input and failed to adequately explain the test results.
Lastly, when selecting glasses, I mentioned that they felt slightly tight at the temples, but the staff member simply replied, "Well, they fit you well." Consequently, I plan to seek adjustments elsewhere.
In summary, the experience was quite disappointing due to the staff's lack of attentiveness and dismissive, impolite behavior towards my partner. The only positive outcome was actually getting a prescription.
I will not be returning to this location.
