Good pick up point for prescriptions, plenty of parking and usually only a short wait

I was visiting family and needed to pick up a repeat prescription, for a medicine that's in the top 10 prescribed medicines in the UK.
My GP prescribed a 2 month supply, but they only had 1 month in stock. My parents had to pick up the other half of my prescription later in the week, and then post it to me.
Wouldn't recommend.

Visited for the first time last week for a consultation. I was seen a few minutes after arriving. The Pharmacist was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Received medication after my consultation, which was effective. Other staff members were polite and friendly. The premises looked clean and tidy. Has an onsite car park, which was very busy, but I managed to find a space.

Very rare to go and pick up a prescription without some form of issue, most of the staff are delightful and helpful but there is one particular individual who is unfailingly brusque, abrupt, condescending and rude. If you're a regular client you'll know who I mean. Not really acceptable and she should be re-trained in customer service immediately.

prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be ......even though they admit to having received then 4 days prior !!!!certain members of the team have quite disgraceful attitudes towards the older generation customers. in fact i would go as far as to say rude !!!on a positive note , if you live on the estate, are elderly ,like wasting your time and being belittled then this is the perfect place for you
