Never been to a chemist like this one ,they are always short staffed ,never have enough medication in,don't look for scripts properly then fob you off ,even when phoned to see if script is ready told it is ,then go round to be told no its not in,absolutely disgusting

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life the wait time in here is atrocious they had a full week to sort my prescription out and when I arrived I still waited 1 whole our for an inhaler. It's a joke and it's like it ever single time.

I have used this chemist for many years for various things but it?s only recently that I now require numerous medicines for a multitude of health problems. The staff are fantastic and so helpful whenever I?ve needed them. Couldn?t rate them high enough. Well done ladies and thank you for everything you?ve done for me

Do not use this place for vaccinations. I arrived early for my appointment, after 25 mins of waiting they had treated 2 people, 2!! and there was still 5 in front of me. When I spoke to one of the others in the queue they had been waiting 45 Mins. I chose this venue as I work from home and thought it would be convenient for me; lesson learned.

6 members of staff in sight, yet waiting 5 mins before anyone would acknowledge the customers. Abysmal service.

Very hit and miss. They seemed to be getting their act together of late, however, on a recent visit 8/3/24 the pharmacist/manager seemed very stressed and irritable. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. Does the pharmacy now offer an sms service now??? I was abruptly asked if I'd received a text prior to collecting my meds.Most of the staff are lovely and I'd like to continue supporting my local pharmacy. Please send this pharmacist/manager for some staff training or ask someone else to cover.

Great for picking up medication..clean and tidy. A few seats to sit on while waiting for prescriptions..counter and till area.. shelves have got stick on them..not a big chemist..friendly staff.

Absolutely rubbish pharmacy. Had my prescription from Friday walk in Monday morning hadn?t done so. I said I?ll come back this afternoon walked and had to wait till it was done.

I rang on Thursday to see if my prescriptions were ready. Was told they were ready to pick up. Went on Friday, was given one item, a few pills from another prescription and one was missing completely. Rang on Monday, was told someone would ring me back. Several hoours later no contact so I rang them. They obviously hadn't even looked yet so I waited for ages and could hear them talking about me. Woman came back and said they couldn't get hold of the partially filled medication. Why they didn't tell me that on Thursday?? They were completely mystified about the missing item even though it is a common medication that I should think they would have in stock. This chemist gets worse by the week. I won't use it anymore.
