Lovely welcoming staff and pharmacist could not be more helpful will definately use this pharmacey again

I had my flu jab last week at Blacketts and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was asked questions before the jab and given advice for after care. I have always found Blacketts to be efficient and friendly!

My husband popped into this pharmacy on the off chance of a flu vaccine and was in and out in less than 15 minutes so much easier than going to GP he said. Also staff friendly and efficient

Called into Rowlands Pharmacy Blacketts today to ask about some medication I had been given by my GpThe pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease and although this is not my usual pharmacy I will be using them in the future as very helpful staff

Appalling service, half the time prescriptions not ready, items not in-stock so you have to come bk but then there still not ready. You can be stood 5 mins without acknowledgement from staff who see you entering and stand in the back. Unfriendly and the service from this chemist has massively deteriorated since shop assistant Julie left. Changed pharmacy due the shambles that it is now and staff uncaring and unhelpful attitude. Speaking to other customers who I know use this chemist have had the same experience and do not use. AVOID unless you want to wait forever and like to feel like your an effort to serve or deal with.

I have used this pharmacy for many years and in the last 6 months or so it has gone very down hill. If you need medication urgently or even if you are on a repeat prescription they aren't very reliable. My son is on medication that if he doesn't have it in time can be life threatening. They unfortunately can't always get it even when its ordered over a week in advance and have left me ringing around all the other pharmacies in town on many occasions.Fortunately Boots on Northgate have been more than helpful and I use them from now on instead.

Very disappointing service. Called in to collect my prescription Thursday afternoon ,that the Dr said she had sent across Wednesday morning. Two assistants chatting away socially as I waited my turn. Eventually one assistant went to get the prescription and the continued talking. Not a good idea in times like these. Then it was my turn they said that they they had just received the script from the Dr, not what I was led to believe by the Dr. Then told me to come back on Saturday when it would be ready??? Really? It takes two days to put the medication together. Sounds like they had to order in, as has happened in the past.Tried ringing on Saturday to ensure that my trip on foot in the rain would have been worthwhile. However, after ringing many many times and no-one answering, I decided not to venture out and wait until Monday.Poor customer service, poor communication from the pharmacists.Please don't think it was Covid restrictions, if so they needed to communicate this to me at the time.*Really need to rethink where to have my prescription sent.
