This store & staff in Darlington are one of the best stores I have ever visited, I buy most of my clothes here as I love the brand it caters for all ages of Ladies clothes, so easy to shop here, one of the biggest reasons is the great team of staff, including, Maureen, Helen & Dawn, they go above & beyond to be as helpful as they can, it's a pleasure to shop here.

I'm there once a week, I like this brand, but not necessarily the service at Darlington. Even the manager can't be professional in her work. She talks loudly to the staff about the customer standing right next to her in a not nice way. Disappointment

I've been put off shopping here. All of the clothed are either oversized or skinny fit nothing in between. I bought some boots and they broke within 3 days. I went back to the store and was told they can't be returned because they're broken and used.It's fair to say I won't be shopping in reiver island
