Went into the store this morning really helpful friendly member of staff ADAMWent out of his way put all my things through the self checkout for me ( so didn?t have to wait)Just really helpful and sweet wish more staff would take tips from him .Really made my day as you go into most shops and are invisible or can?t get any help let alone a smile .Was so refreshing

This Poundland, compared to the one on North Road, has less of a selection e.g it doesn't have clothes, but is still very good for the stuff it has. Lost a star because staff are a bit emotionless and uncaring, though this has changed in recent years.

Don't understand why this is called a pound shop nearly everything not a pound but over all very clean staff friendly and lots to choose from
