Poor service, rude behavior. Lost a little parcel at the value £15 charged £7.50 postage but never got delivered. When I went back to inquiry got fobbed off.

The man who runs this business, is a disgraceful representative of the Post Office.Totally ignorant and rude to his customers. I like to support smaller shops, but would not spend a penny with him. I would prefer to cross the road to Morrisons , or visit the nearby Polish shop,

The owner is the absolute rudest man I have ever had the displeasure to meet and does everything he can to avoid providing any service that doesn't involve you handing him cash, like parcel drop offs. I cannot understand how on earth he is still trading.

This guy here uses the post office service as a way to get sales, he always persuades me to buy something from his shop, I denied him couple of times, now when ever I go he says sorry the post office is closed even tho it?s open.

The man behind the counter always asks if i will buy anything from the shop in a very rude manner whenever i go there to pay my council tax. He acts like ive never bought anything from the shop while i did while not even paying for any bills! Shop is extremly dirty and ugly inside would not recommend to anyone.
