We stopped in to give both of our dogs a bath. Unfortunately, the tub was not very clean with a lot of hair left in it. It was obvious they were not checking it.
Also, the machinery was not working correctly and some of the various cycles were mislabeled, or were labeled with tape.
We were able to get our dogs bathed, but had to buy conditioner in the store as the conditioner wasn?t working.
So three stars forgetting the job done.
We?ve had relatively good experience at the couple of other pets at home self service washes that we have visited so hopefully this is just a one off And not an indication of the general quality of most stores.

Loads of free parking, shop is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, extremely nice helpful staff. Plenty of stock for all sorts of pets.

Purchased two beautiful guinea pigs. We were helped by Tina who was absolutely wonderful. She explained thoroughly the care needs of the animals and was great with our young daughter. Tried to use the link on the receipt but it didn?t work. Thank you Tina you are a credit to the store!
