The staff in store were so lovely and friendly when I'd visited yesterday. I told them I was looking for a charm as a keepsake in memory of my mam who passed away in February. Excellent service provided, both girls such a credit to the store and can't thank them enough for being so caring and helpful. I've now got a beautiful charm and bracelet to treasure. Thank you x

Excellent service especially from Amy who is most helpful. Went in today purchased earrings March birthstone for my daughter who is visiting from seattle America and she purchased an owl charm for my birthday 2 weeks time. WillContinue shopping there and always go to Amy.

The shop was closed by 4.45 today, when it says it open until 5 o?clock, the door was locked with the keys in the lock, someone washing the floor, they just missed a sale, won?t be going back.
