Yesterday I collected my next order from the store and asked if I could try on the items. The assistant said yes, of course. I quickly tried on the items. On exiting the changing room I realised the shop was very quiet. It was 5.32, the doors were locked and no staff in sight.
I kept calling, after a couple of minutes someone came. He was surprised as I was, saying is no-one here? He apologised and let me out.
Clearly no one checked the changing rooms. fortunately I am neither old nor vulnerable.

Customer service today in your Darlington store today was unacceptable was served by a member of staff at 11.13 won?t name her the only word she said to me was there when she give me my receipt this is not how expect to be treated

in the center of Darlington with entrance from both the shopping center and the pedestrian street in March with offers bigger than half we found clothes for the little ones in the family and for men and women as well as decorations for home at very favorable prices

I was returning a top so I was at the counter where the kids clothes are. The woman behind the counter said Can I help honey,have you got your card honey,as she was chatting to her colleague, I said don't call me honey please,I'm not your honey.She said Awwww! SHE didn't say sorry .When I left the counter,she said something to her colleague and they laughed at loud .I am a 68 Yr old woman and I was very upset. This lady needs to be told ,.

I love this shop but the attitude of a male member of staff today was disgusting.i was with my family and was looking at the items on display near the counter.He rather rudely commented and said if you're not buying anything could you please move away from the counter even though we were clearly looking at the items. My mam wanted to look at items in another part of the shop but because of the attitude of this sales person we left the shop.You should employ people with better customer skills I'm disappointed Next.
