Ordered from here multiple times and they cannot get the order right. I don?t understand how it is so hard to put the food in that you order. Always missing items! Staff need sacking - horrific service!

The reason milkshakes are not available at any McDonald?s is the machine need cleaning which can take a few hours so they refuse to clean it for ages hence the milkshakes not being available, this McDonald?s is the worst for it the milkshakes are never available, foods always cold shocking

Literally the worst McDonald's in the north east waited 20 minutes for order in the drive thru nobody else there so they weren't busy,food stone cold and never give you sauces, go to Morton park or Aycliffe instead.

Ordered via the McDonald's app on Saturday. The order arrived within the time limit but when it arrived the food was freezing. Not just cold, inedible.

Had a table service and staff delivered it promptly. However, even though freshly cooked, the meal was still only just warm enough. Staff were attentive and polite.
It's a standard mcdonalds at the end of the day.

Appalling service. How can it take so long to be served in an empty restaurant? Orders are always wrong too. I shouldn?t have to check my order every time either. It?s not rocket science. I?d accept failings during busy periods but this is all the time.
