Without a doubt the worst maccys in the country. Consistently gets orders wrong, chips are cold or taste like they went cold then got shoved in the fryer for 30 seconds to warm them back up.
Asked for a cheese burger happy meal with no sauce and added lettuce with carrots as a side. Received a slice meat in a stale bun with no cheese and also no side at all.
Missing dips, missing entire items from set meals, just absolutely useless at this site.
I've tried to give them a chance but every single order there is an issue with something.
I'll just drive the extra miles to another site from now on. useless!

The most useless McDonald?s I have ever ordered from. They didn?t even add one dip. They gave Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke and without a straw.
The manager used the excuse of ?new staff?, clearly these new staff should not be starting on Boxing Day

Food was fine but just wanted to point out that I got given some weird fruit drink instead of the Diet Coke I ordered. It?s purple and smells like blueberry so I?m assuming someone made me a drink with the Grimace milkshake mix ??

It's beside the point that I use to work in a McDonald's however... the food is what you'd expect nice if you like fast food, this restaurant is 24 hours so it is always open. However remember that in the mornings on a Saturday there's a good chance folk from Amazon are crowding it, grabbing a burger and the first decent sit down they've had in 10 hours.
This restaurant has a decent atmosphere, it's far enough away from town to not be overwhelmed by the "street folk" and close enough a quick drive out is all it takes. The car park is large enough for almost any vehicle. Staff seem friendly, the restaurant is always well kept and the ice cream machine seems to not be "broken" as often here.
You can eat in or takeaway, delivery is a thing too and they have a drive in to grab a mean or drink on the go :)
Parking: The car park is a decent size however if it is full the building is a very short walk from morrisons car park
Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available, there are colouring pages and crayons for the slightly older ones, android tablets you can play games on, yeah the children are thought about
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant in on ground level and fully accessible

We used the drive thru on this occasion. They staff were very quick and efficient for taking our order and payment and very friendly. They forgot to give us our happy meal and then bought the wrong one (gave us nuggets instead of cheeseburger), but it was all rectified quickly and with no issues. I always check my orders anyway as I've been caught out quote regularly in the past for missing food. Food was fresh and hot and we all enjoyed our meal.

Giving this place a good review out of spite of others bad mouthing a restaurant thats always ridiculously busy.
For real, was in early today and a guy kicked off that he?d been waiting half an hour. He hadnt been waiting that long, I ordered my food before him and Id been waiting 10 minutes. Also the guy was completely unaware the order number doesnt dictate which food comes first.
Yea, can take a while for the food to come and orders get messed up but honestly with how much pressure the staff are under it?s not worth bagging on them for.

You put your order and you always get your drinks already melted as they are sitting on they're table for at least 30 mins and when you ask them to be replaced the employees are very rude and they argue as it's been preppared on that moment which is not right as you are waiting there and you seen it wasn't preppared in front of you,so as you pay for your order full price you expected to get your drinks not melted, every single time is the same issue VERY POOR SERVICE, totally dissapointed! SHAME!!!Morton Park!

Hardly ever get the order right, get the wrong item, or missing items quite a lot. If you like hot fries, avoid this one.

To be honest, quite disappointing! My coffee didn't taste right, a bit of a strange taste and watery. My cheese burger was overloaded with ketchup, spilled out everywhere and completely overwhelmed the taste. This is at 4.30am, very quiet. This is itself frustrating, surely it would be better to be serving the breakfast menu, I would think in Darlington during the week there are more people getting up and going to work than those still up from the day before! I simply wouldn't go here if there was a 24hr alternative.

Definitely one of the better McDonald?s I?ve been to. All my food and drink was as it should be from maccies. I sat in as I?m working away so had nothing better to do and noticed it wasn?t full of idiot teenagers like they often are, mainly just nice families! Service was decent as well, I had to ask for my receipt after it didn?t print from the kiosk and the manner in which I was dealt with was extremely friendly.
