Excellent service and friendly staff. Bought car one day, picked it up the next. Two weeks in and warning light showing, rang Martin. Appointment sorted straight away and courtesy car for us when we dropped car off. Highly recommend.

I bought a MINI from Martin a couple of weeks ago. I enquired about the car on the Sunday and I had purchased it by the Tuesday. From start to finish, Martin was very efficient and professional. Martin was approachable and answered all my questions.
I travelled down from Dundee, Scotland and it was absolutely worth it. I recommend and would buy from Martin, again.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received at Martin Bell Car Sales. I waa treated with patience and kindness, there was no pressure. Everything was made clear, all my questions were answered respectfully. The car has been through all its safety checks, and was ready to drive away on the day of purchase. I collected my new to me car this morning and it was a pleasant experience, they did all the paperwork and changed and made and fitted my private reg plates. The main reason I choose this garage was for the excellent reviews (and the beautiful car) and it certainly did not disappoint!!! What an amazing service I had. Everything was explained clearly, all paperwork took care of. It was so stress free. Martin and his staff could not be more helpful, giving advice and explaining all options ect. I had been looking for Honda CRV for a while locally in Grimsby & wider area. On all selling platforms unable to find something that met my requirement ( I am a fussy individual by own admission)
On holiday in Bamburgh 2 weeks ago & had look on Autotrader & came across the car I eventually purchased.
Contacted Martin for more info; he sent me videos & more photos. I paid deposit without actually seeing vehicle. The plan was to collect enroute home; though this didn?t happen due to unforeseen circumstances
Martin not phased by this; I be advised I would travel up on train arriving Darlington 09:05, Martin offered to pick me up and drive back to Dealership. On arrival he gave me the keys to look over, car was exceptional, exceeded my expectations. The purchase price was spot on, I didn?t even try to negotiate, could have been priced higher due to exceptional condition.
Martin is very personable, friendly, responsive. Takes pride in vehicle preparation and customer satisfaction. Sales transaction was seamless & efficient. I wouldn?t hesitate in recommending a purchase from Martin.
As I mentioned previously I am extremely fussy & have very high expectations.
Martin fulfilled & exceeded all of them. I can envisage me revisiting Martin for a stock vehicle or asking him to source one for me, in the future.

Visited earlier in the week to look around, then went back and purchased a car, for the husband , fantastic experience, Martin was very helpful and not pushy in anyway.
