The new owner of the post office is a obnoxious rude woman with zero customer skills and attitude. If she spoke to people outside in the street like she does in the shop she would be getting told. Threw my parcel at me. Wouldn?t help raised her voice. Totally spoiled the village shop these people.

Horrendous service rang up on Tuesday got told I could pick an Evri parcels up on a morning or on Saturday and anyone could do it as long as there was ID. This is untrue and I was made to feel like a lier even when I showed my call log. Now my parcels will be sent back and I will have to pay and organise it all again

This is very good post office and Londis but I found the attitude of one of your staff which I beleive called Micheal is very rude and and unproffessional.

This is why I hate using the post office. Just checked my receipt for a standard letter second class and charged for a largeI sent an a5 letter with the thinnest tag inside, and it wasn?t even checked. Glad this has happened at the start of a new business venture, I?ll now avoid like the plague.

Mike who works mornings needs a lesson in customer service, every morning I go in he is always aggressive, slamming products if they aren?t facing the right way, muttering under his breathe always being sarcastic to himself clearly about the customer, also heard him being rude to other staff particularly the paper boys.
