Not had one issue. Staff have always been exceptionally friendly and helpful with me in Branch. Overall great service from Lloyds. Will continue to recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Poor service. I have to drive over an hour and a half and visited two offices that were closed to end going to Darlington. Then they did not accept my papers and want it more ID from me. Not even taking into account that I have been a customer for over 30 years. I was not allow to talk to anyone and when I asked for estimated time they were not even interested so they told me that it could be any time after 30 to 45 minutes or not at all, as everyone was busy. I have asked for a complain form and they told me to look on their web page. Awful service and terrible treatment!!!

Friendly competent staff. Did a great job in the branch. Some things are best done face to face and this branch was brilliant. Very nice experience!

it took over a month to get an appointment which was later rescheduled at their request. I receive a confirmation call the day before and when I get there I am informed that there is no appointment registered in the system.

I agree totally with the last 2 reviews. If I could of given them 0 stars then I would of. I also found the staff working there rude and aggressive. I don't think this branch want any customers. They must think that if they can chase all there customers away then they can just sit back and do nothing alday. I think this branch should be closed.

Time wasters. Went twice with prior appointment. Spending 1 hour with banking executive and happened nothing. Spoiled a complete day. Don't ever go there..

Utterly useless opening times for anyone who works. Surely they could open late one day a week? Even just to access the machines inside the bank.

Zero stars if possible. We asked to talk to the manager and were met by a person who from the outset was clearly annoyed at being disturbed by a customer. Her attitude was extremely patronizing and aggressive which immediately put our backs up. Do Lloyds actually spend any money on people skills training ??? This would certainly be a candidate for the extensive course. We shall be moving our money out of Lloyds.
