Great service with no fuss. Having stopped at another Kwik Fit on route and been told they couldn't possibly look at my puncture for 3 day's, decided to risk the journey and made it to Darlington. Was seen straight away and found to have a screw in the tyre which was quickly repaired and I was back on the road. Great customer service.

Both Matthew and Charles have done a fantastic job with helping me with my problems that I?ve had with my Audi the past two weeks. They have gone above and beyond trying to help me fix the problems that have massively stressed me out. They have inspected my car, done a safety check and pointed out what needs doing, along with what to do next with the other parts that needed doing. I honestly can?t recommend them enough. I have had my brake discs and pads, tyre pressure and my wheel alignment done. They have also inspected my car for a faulty thermostat that no one would listen to me which was very frustrating! But they did! They figured the problem out and told me how to go about fixing it. They have gone above and beyond the bare minimum in helping me out. I am really grateful. Thank you guys!! I will be back in future.

I had one of my rear tyres pop after falling into a meteorite deep pothole. Rang up on the evening to ask if they had any availability. Off the bat, Skippy provided unreal customer service and made the whole process easy. I?m so thankful I brought my car to these guys - unlike my prior experience with the chain, they didn?t push any extras nor try and upsell for things I didn?t need.
Unfortunately, when I brought my car in the next day, turns out all four tyres needed replacing and realignment (worn treads & another sliced tyre) despite having so many customers nip in and out and what appeared to be a incredibly busy day (and not even 9am!) Skippy documented a report within ten minutes, and had also taken photos to show me what they were dealing with. It was incredibly tailored customer service as he explained in detail what was needed and why. It was utterly transparent, upfront and worked out surprisingly cheaper than expected.
Communication was spot on, knowledge exceptional and everything fixed so quickly - but most of all, skippy had a great sense of humour which really helped with quite a costly, stressful day. Everyone who popped in seemed to know him well, which is such a testament to his great work and going to the extra mile (pun intended).
I would not hesitate to go back again if needed as I?ve never had such a positive experience in a garage (both quick fit & independent) and certainly trust them with whatever needed doing.
Couldn?t recommend them enough! ?

I had a nail in my tyre. They were very helpful in the phone and had plenty of slots to look at the car. Then I arrived at 5.15pm, they saw my car straight away and sorted it out with a tyre repair. Excellent customer service. Thank you ?

My car lost power while I was driving this morning, so I went straight to KwikFit on Northgate, to ask for advice. Matty was the only Technician in but promised he?d have a look at it that afternoon. He took it for a road test and had an idea of the fault. He promptly called me and gave his honest feedback that this is not a job for Kwikfit and advised I go to a dealer. He didn?t charge me for this, despite him being stowed with work that day. Big thanks to Matty, honesty goes a long way.

Popped in expecting to have to book an appointment to have my tyre changed, as it was late afternoon, but an hour later they had made space and all was repaired. Great service
Yet again, short notice and sorted out so quickly. I know they're called Kwik fit, but I work around the country and not all are to this standard. Exceptional service

Came into the garage a week ago woth 1 issue, found another 3 lol. Kept me up to day and explained everything. Had 3 new tyres and all new brakes 2.5hoirs later! Follow up a week later with a tyre issue, they spent 30mins checking it all over to fond nothing but we're super helpful and very welcoming. Thanks!
