Haven't been inside but I use the drive thru and have deliveries. Always served quickly. Not had any problems. Happy with the food received. Staff have always been polite.

First time ever eating in at a KFC and it was great. The service was super quick the staff were friendly and the food is yummy. Although I don't eat chicken on the bone KFC now has lots of boneless options to choose from. I highly recommend the £2.99 snack box.
Now onto the things I didn't like, firstly there is no music in the restaurant so it made it feel quite unwelcoming and quiet. I ordered via the app which took ages to setup before I could do my first order, then I actually won two hot chicken wings. I tried to order via the app, but it wouldn't let me just order the wings I had to spend at least 99p, so I decided to try the screens in the restaurant, this time it wouldn't let me use the code unless made any order. I finally went to the counter and the guy on the counter was excellent, put the order through and brought it to the table, excellent service. Shame about the app.

Never answer the phone, customer service isn?t the best at all. All I wanted was to order a dip with my food because I forgot to add it on but they kept hanging up and not answering! Why even have a phone if you literally refuse to answer it

make sure you check your food before you drive off because there's good chance something is missing. Also recently we ordered a large gravy with our meals and it was baked beans instead..

Poor quality oil in this branch , it's not emptied as often as it should be in my opinion

Avoid all costs, especially if you?re a woman Male member of staff spoke to a female even laughed when the order was wrong female staff clearly looked intimated by him!!! Service was apporling I'll be contacting management myself!!!

The same guy that takes orders needs to go back to school or something. Gets the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The most incompetent worker I have ever encountered.
