Card machine approved my payment ..... payment shown on my online banking
Refused to give me my order .... even though the cashier said showed as approved.... said tgere was a technical fault

Order my meal and waited just short of 10 Minutes. Our food had been served to us and noticed a missing drink. We had went back in and said about the missing drink. The server was more bothered about grabbing other food rather giving us our drink that she forgot. After receiving the drink we had taken it back to the car where the drink that should have been a Pepsi was warm, tasted out of date and the colour look murky.
We had went back in and asked to have another drink made due to the fact that it was the wrong drink.
Not happy with the service from the server.

We have been to this kfc around 3 times now, staying at a local hotel.
On our latest vosit March 2025, the staff were excellent. They were attentive to customers entering the shop and turning the food orders around quickly.
The staff were noted to come out and clean the tables and floor whilst we were there. It's sad to see young teenagers come into the shop and sit and make a mess, leaving rubbish on the floor and just leave... The staff again were attentive and came to clear up after the teenagers.
Again, the staff were excellent, the food was cooked well and we enjoyed our visit.

Went here for something to eat, placed our orders and waited for it, once got our food, my order was cold so took it back to say it was cold, I then waited for food to be replaced, got food back got my food and went back to seat, opened my food and minus the salad, food was still cold, so took it back again and spoke to someone else, was not happy with there reply, so just asked for my money to be returned, which I did get that and left.
