Outstanding service from J T Atkinson. I ordered all the components for my bathroom from this store and highly recommend booking an appointment with their in-store designer, Emma. Emma took the measurements for my bathroom, designed the layout and created an image on her computer so that I could see how the end result would look. She was patient, helpful and a joy to work with. Proheat and PLS who fitted the bathroom remarked that everything had run smoothly because Emma?s design and measurements were down to a T. She also took all the responsibility of ordering the items off my shoulders and everything was delivered to my house on the day I requested.
There was obviously also a lot of work done behind the scenes, so I would like to express my sincere thanks to all at J T Atkinson and will use them again in the future.

I'm not used to writing reviews but thought this will help other gas fitters ordring boilers from jt atkinson I ordered a boiler from jt Atkinson I paid for premium postage . And ordered it 2 days before install. The boiler arrived at 6.30 PM at night when I was expecting it for morning or afternoon latest. I lost out on the job and customer I told them this. And they can't do anything for me other tan reimburse postage I'm not happy and very disappointed at they service and will not use them again in future they don't seem to care about they customer's but I do care about mine so . I will not be using them again really bad and unorganised delivery schedules
