Well I was terrified when I arrived but was soon put at ease. It was a really enjoyable experience and I love my dress. I highly recommend. The quality of the dresses are exceptional. Thank you so much for all your help.

After seeing so many amazing reviews about this shop for mother of the bride outfits I was so excited to take my mam to get her dress. The shop has a range of beautiful dresses and she found the perfect one after only trying two on. However the owner of the shop was extremely rude, talked over her when she was explaining her insecurities, likes and dislikes and had just seemed to have an overall non approachable attitude. You would think when people are spending an approximate of £700 on a dress a bit of friendliness and compassion would be appreciated. When going back for alterations we were seen by another lady but the owner was in the shop, gave me and my nephew a funny look when we simply asked where the toilet was (there is no sign on the door so it wasn?t easily found) then finally going back for my mams final fitting, she has an appointment booked as requested by the owner and was rushed in and out of the shop after being advised he was ?busy with another appointment? so I walked out before I got more annoyed with how my mam was being treated. Luckily her dress fits perfectly and looks amazing but we are thankful we will never need to visit this shop again and won?t be recommending it to friends or family based on the attitude and rudeness we received on all 3 visits.

I have just purchased my MOTB dress today and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Joel. I had an amazing experience and bought a dress which I would never have chosen!! It is the opposite of everything I thought I wanted and I love it. Ladies you must visit this wonderful shop, you won?t be disappointed x

Beautiful store , two floors of gorgeous outfits to choose from.Joel Alexander was so professional and helpful. I purchased a dress and hat for my sons wedding . I am delighted and so looking forward to wearing them . I would highly recommend you visit.

Can't fault the quality of service once inside however the shop is supposed to open at 10am. My wife had three 10am appointments to purchase and get fitted etc, The staff arrived late all three times, 10 minutes twice and 45 minutes in the rain when owner was delayed.

I first visited Joel Alexander a few months ago looking for an outfit for my daughters wedding in July. I had an idea in my mind of what I was looking for and found the perfect dress at Joel's boutique. So much choice in styles and colours. I tried on a few dresses but one in particular was my favourite. I had it altered to make it a perfect fit. I would highly recommended you pay Joel a visit. Great service and no rush to make a decision. I wore my dress on the 1st July and received many compliments. I knew I had made the right choice. Thankyou to Joel and your team of ladies.

My mum & I visited Joel Alexander today & were helped by Joel himself. What an absolutely fabulous shop! Sooo many different colours & styles to choose from. My mum had previously visited 2 other MOTB stores but this place had many more styles that she felt great in!I would recommend to PHONE the store to book an appointment as I tried via a form on their website & never heard back as it turns out it never went through to them.Thank you Joel for all of your help today - you have a beautiful store & made the whole experience worth the hour long journey to get to. My mum is going to look (& feel) incredible on the day - we are both thrilled.

Visited today to get my my her Mother of the Bride outfit. What a fabulous service we received. Joel and Linda are absolutely gorgeous people - we had several appointments booked for tomorrow at different boutiques and have cancelled them all as Mum walked away today with her outfit and an evening outfit! Couldn?t recommend enough!!!
