Really helpful. They didn't have the floor sander I needed to hire, but contacted the other Darlington branch of Jewsons for me, and even called later to make sure I'd got sorted ok. Excellent customer service!

Turned up this morning as arranged to hire a 3 rung ladder to be told the only person who can hire me the ladder wasn’t available for an hour. Travelled 30 mins to be told this, 3 other people behind the counter and non could hire me a ladder, pathetic and won’t be back!
