Absolutely useless customer service! I returned an online order of 2 tops which I had paid for using Klarna. It took a while to get served as most of the staff are wandering aimlessly around the store caring more about looking good than serving customers. Once I left the store I instantly had an email from Klarna and only one top has been refunded. I also got one from JD stating only half of the price I paid had been refunded. I checked my receipt and the same item had been scanned twice meaning only this one was refunded. I went back into store and explained that the other top needed scanning as it had not been refunded. They explained they would need to ring customer care as ?it does not work like this?. After numerous times of the manager back and fourth calling customer care they said that because one top was scanned twice that I would receive a refund for that one twice anyway so would receive my whole refund. I showed them the emails from Klarna and themselves that clearly showed this was not the case, and I had only received a refund for the one that was scanned twice ONCE. They said Klarna can take time to update but even when questioning why I had instantly received an update for the refund for one tops they were still refusing to investigate this. I then asked for the top back which had not been scanned seen as I had not received a refund for it but they refused to give me it back. All they said I could do was call customer care. I find this disgusting as the item still belonged to me having not being refunded for it. All the while the person who?s mistake it was was hiding at the other end of the store. The whole experience was degrading. I called customer care afterwards and sent them the emails showing I had only been refunded for one top, and not twice. They were extremely apologetic for the experience I received in store and instantly sorted my refund for me.

I visited this store,bought a Fred Perry t.shirt for a Xmas present.I found a hole on the t.shirt where the security tag had been.I returned the t.shirt,purchased another 2,to find that these also had holes where the tags had been.The member was not helpful,she said best to keep online as they don't have the security tags on.

Clothing is always good quality.Staff hovering while you looking around making you uncomfortable and ive never had a hello or a friendly smile in any of my visits to this shop either. This is not my first go to store for clothing likeness. It's a very expensive shop.

I purchased some trainers online for my wife's birthday, unfortunately the trainer started to tear at one of the seams and I had attempted to get help online. After getting frustrated I came through to this store and the staff were very helpful and understanding in helping me get replacements ordered. Thanks for the help.

We visited the Darlington branch on Sunday 12th December and what a disgracefully run place it was on the day. Queuing was clear and 3 staff (masks under noses or chins) were working on the delivery totes, leaving one on the till and 3 others walking aimlessly around recovering the stock unnecessarily. One of the girls working the delivery at the desk was forced to help out at the till and was not happy about it, and expressed this clearly! the customer Infront of us walked out on her, and she couldn?t work out why!? No direction and cringeworthy customer service was apparent, experienced management is clearly lacking or simply some adult supervision for the amount of young labour employed.
