We recently had fitted wardrobes made by Homecare, Darlington. We were looked after throughout the process by Darren who was very helpful and professional and went the extra mile with the design around our sloping roof! We are delighted with the wardrobes and would highly recommend the Homecare service.

Purchased a full bathroom including wall and floor tiles. Excellent service from Gary, Billy and Paul. The whole experience was first class. The business is family run and this made all the difference in these days of hyper market style warehouses. Homecare go the extra mile and their knowledge of product, helpfulness and efficiency could not be bettered. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

We updated our bathroom using Homecare.Service was excellent especially from Sarah. Good range of baths and toilets at very competitive prices. They liaised with the plumbers/heating engineers making the overall process seamless and generally pain free.

Have recently had a full bathroom makeover and purchased all items from Homecare Bathroom supplies. The reason being is that they provided us with the contacts to fit the bathroom, which by the way was very helpful and saved time in searching for a fitter. We found that both Sarah and Billy who we dealt with, were most helpful in pointing us in the right direction, advising us of pitfalls of some accessories and gave us plenty of options to consider. This enabled us to make good choices and value the expert advice given. There was never any pressure to buy from them which we also found reassuring. Given that it is quite stressful to pull all this info together and then sort out a fitter etc, Billy and Sarah put us at our ease and took all the hard work and stress away from us. It was such a pleasure going there, and we will certainly go again for other products.

Very unhelpful staff member serving today. As I walked in he huffedd and puffed, clearly I'd interrupted him! I politely pointed his reaction to me out to which he said 'im trying to do three things". To every question I asked him he said "I'm not a gas fitter" and referred me to a nearby shop. He couldn't have been less interested! I did thank him!

If you value excellent customer service, attention to detail and staff that are willing to spend time and go the extra mile Homecare is the place to go. As new home owners starting out our first renovation project the advice and guidance that Homecare provided was so appreciated and such a stark contrast to walking into B and Q etc - Billy in the bathroom department took time to make bathroom plans for us and visit our home (free of charge) and made sure we would have everything we needed for our project. Plumber and bathroom fitter could not have been more impressed. We also found that value wise Homecare were great and we could get absolutely anything we needed ordered in without issue.Our entire order was also delivered super quickly and safely during Covid and unloaded not left on the drive from a wagon as i have experienced with bigger chain stores. I can't say enough about how great this company is and how much it should be supported. The cafe is also amazing!

I'd definitely recommend using Homecare. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and extremely helpful. We refurbished our bathroom using products supplied by Homecare. We had a rough idea of the layout we wanted and were provided with several suggested layouts which was really useful. We chose panels instead of tiles and unfortunately had an issue installing a panel. Homecare couldn't have been more helpful in getting things sorted out for us.

I have had three stoves from this excellent company, a wood burner, a solid fuel stove and a Gasco gas stove. The service was excellent and the products first class. The deliveries were on time and I was kept fully informed at very stage of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products.
