“N̈eeded to get vitamins without Selenium as my levels in blood test were dangerously high. I'd been buying a cheap store brand of Multivitanins & Minerals. I had a gastric byepass 24 years ago & got told I'd need to take for rest of my lif. As the NHS cutting back this was cut & told if I wanted take a multi vitamin & minerals buying them myself. So when it showed levels of Selenium I had to search so found one at Holland & Barrett so went to Northallerton store as one I used in Barnard Castle is closed now. The young lady who approached me offering to help & did! She knew her products too & advised a supplement for hair '& nails too as that was another supplement I had taken & according to my hairdresser had made a big difference to my hair! But the Selenium overdosing I was dicing with my health. They should be more advice & restrictions on herbs & supplements. We shouldn't be buying these without some advice. I must say the young lady knew her products & this is testament to Holland & Barretts training & investing in their staffs training & looking after their customersinterests & our well being!
