Excellent friendly service as usual. Sue, the manageress couldn't be more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You almost feel as if your sitting in your home, rather than visiting a travel agents. Highly recommended at every level.

I just have to start by saying thank you to all the ladies for helping us sort our family holiday out today, for the second time. You all deserve gold stars. This is my travel agent of choice in Darlington and my first stop if I am looking to book a holiday or for currency. My first reason for this is the location; situated in Cockerton village makes Hays easy to access and you can always grab a parking space in the car park across the road behind Somerfield. Secondly the staff are extremely helpful here and are always very patient with me! Last time I booked a holiday through them I changed my dates, duration and choice of hotel on several occasions and the girl dealing me remained helpful when I would have wanted to strangle me! As someone who likes to research places on the internet and compare prices I have always been impressed when Hays have worked hard to be competitive.
