I purchased my favourite ring from the wonderful Sales Assistant Melissa. She helped me find my size, looks and it matched my aesthetic perfectly! She couldn't have been better. She welcomed us by introducing herself asking what we where after and was all around kind, respectful and a wonderful worker. Will be returning to this store for all my future jewellery. Would recommend!!

What an amazing service from Maria and Nicole at the Darlington store!! I had a problem with my engagement ring and they went above and beyond to remedy this for me! They were both so friendly and yet professional, caring and hard working.
