Outstanding customer service and a commitment to hygiene as all surfaces were consistely clean. Both Manager Joanna and assistant manager Samnatha were both polite and clear on instructions to all customers. I would recommend anyone to attent this greggs. My coffee is fantastic.

Went in today and although service is normally lovely I noticed a worker named Paula being very rude to her own staff. As a hospitality worker myself I hope this isn?t a common occurrence:(
