I walk past this Greggs twice a day, both times it should be open........it's often not.
Darlington has 3 in town and this one up Yarm Rd, this one is either riddled with bad luck or is simply poorly managed as the number of times it's been inexplicably closed is totally unprofessional.
Then if it's not randomly closed without explanation the fridge is broken and if the fridge isn't broken then the coffee machine is broken!
It's a farce.
The food? Same as all the others.
The staff? Toss a coin to decide whether you get friendly and grumpy.

The staff are always friendly and efficient. Even when there is a queue behind you, they always answer any questions you may have on their products
