Thank you to the lovely Greggs staff this morning for solving my issue with unavailable click and collect. I work in retail but I?m lactose intolerant and fancied a lighter breakfast this morning. They informed me of a possibility of a refund but also swiftly offered an alternative for the unavailable product. I would go hungry without it. Thank you for solving my issue quickly and clearly. Have a beautiful Christmas!

Greggs staff are brilliant in this store, my friend felt poorly outside on a bench and the staff were eager to assist. They brought out a cup of capachino with sugers to sort her out. Thank you so much.

Called in for the first time yesterday and nothing but praise for the staff in their and how attentive they were. Customer service is everything so I highly rate the standards of this shop.

Lovely staff... very thoughtful and high customer service standards. Go in couple of times per month and always get the same, however, due to the chaos in my day is asked the staff if I could pick up my cakes after my errands (otherwise I would have missed out on my favourite donuts, they always sell out)Anyway, chaos resumes and I forgot to pick up my cakes, they have to discard of food studs as I expected, but I went in 2 days later and apologised for my cotton wool brain.... Sue, the manager, kindly offered to replace the confectionery free of charge, even though I was at fault. Was sooooooo happy, pleasantly surprised and will absolutely keep going back.. credit to the store are the current staff and manager!! Well done xxx
