I had a really unpleasant experience at farmfood recently. When I was paying, I was told to collect a bag from under the till. I checked multiple times (at least 20!) and there was no bag there. I politely asked the staff member for help, but instead of assisting me, he was rude and acted like it was my fault. He only checked much later and finally admitted there was no bag. He then brought one from somewhere else, but by then, the way I was treated?especially by a younger staff member who was also very rude?left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
I hope the store trains staff better in customer service. Being polite and helpful shouldn?t be too much to ask.

Like a cash&carry (but cheaper than costco), this supermarket is great for frozen food, cereals and soft drink, and especially large shops, especially with the vouchers (8.3-10% off), which you can sign up for and get emailed offers bi-weekly. However, you can't get hold of the prices online except through the emails or by going to the store, so comparison is tricky (like shopping at Aldi, Lidl or Boyes, who don't display all their prices). However, the low prices means that some brands are missing, or choices are limited to one brand per product.

Lots of great deals, 3 for £10 on chicken, fish meat etc, ready meals are decent, loads of choices for pop, i think was 72 tins for £24...deffo ideal for freezer fillers and larder filling and random deals on biscuits, fresh food even.. Worth a visit

Pretty good, its not somewhere you could do your weekly shop, but its pretty good for bulk items.It would have been 4 stars but they have stopped selling the chicken I used to buy. Seara Mini fillets 1kg (£2.99) were the best value for that weight in chicken and they were much higher quality than other supermarkets who had a lot of water. We have visited Spennymoor and Darlington recently and they no longer seem to have it.

Stood in que 2 disabled pensioners only 1 till open man come to open another till ignored us we were next in line asked the one behind ys to come to till we said what about us he just started laughing we put shopping down and walked out us and about 8 family and friends wont shop there again
