Got served by a girl called Andrea at the Darlington branch today 29/7/25.massive thanks to her for her help and advice. Had to wait 30mins to be served as little staff in there and this girl Andrea was rushed off her feet but served me with curtisy and professionalism.thank you Andrea.

The customer service from all the staff at EE Prebend Row Darlington, is amazing!
Especially from Mike, with his warm, friendly and chatty welcoming and then the outstanding customer service from Franklin, who went above and beyond with helping me upgrade my phone, setting it all up for me and transferring everything from my old phone, to the new one. I can?t thank them enough! But hope everyone enjoyed all the Easter eggs ?

*BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL!* Had an utterly HOSTILE and ABYSMAL experience due to the attitude and treatment from staff yesterday after going there to pick up a sim which EE Customer Service had said wouldn't be a problem. It was a problem from Kate, to Ryan and Joanne the manager who was ready to apparently call the POLICE and refuse to serve me, not thinking that my wife or I could here what they were saying. Luckily it was all recorded as I had called Customer Service due to Kate's initial treatment. #EE You're customer facing staff should be better trained in customer service and not just focus on SALES!

Just popped in to look at the new Google Pixel. I am withh EE, but I find the shop can give very limited help when dealing with your account, problems or complaints. Neither will they check with customer service there and then for you, even regarding better prices. Can all be a bit hit and miss depending what you need.

Went in with an issue that 4 other stores couldn't resolve with my new iPhone 14 as I was sent a blacklisted phone by EE. I was served by 3 members of staff Andrea, Joanne and Dicko who between them managed to get my phone up and running. They were all very professional and polite and couldn?t do enough for me as they coykd see I was getting stressed and upset. What a credit they are to your team.

Sat here for over an hour waiting while nobody acknowledged that I was even there. I understand you maybe occupied serving a customer but it takes 2 minutes asking to see why they are here and telling them you won?t be long. My issue would have been resolved in 2 minutes all I needed was a sim but to make someone wait an hour for a sim is a joke. All advisors here just seem grumpy and rather be with someone so they can make a sale then actually help. This is why EE here is so bad. Will be moving over to O2 when my contract is done
