Lengthy wait in line for one person serving and making drinks.Opted for cheese scones but sadly very dry. Not enough choice and tables full of pots and food that needed clearing.Not what you expect from Pausa.

Promised fitring before christmas, had to chase this up, fitting and material not correct, finally completed in march, overpriced and customer service incompetent. Very disappointed, in fact sad, waste of money!

Ordered a chair and footstool and gave a delivery date when I knew we would be in. However the footstool arrived 4 days before the date we gave. Luckily we were in.We were given a delivery time of 7am to 11am for delivery of the chair and tracking information of the delivery vehicle. The tracking information was fine until we were the next delivery slot when it disappeared. An hour later I received a call from Dunelm to tell me that our chair had not even been put on the delivery vehicle that morning and they would try to get it to us later.Can't knock Dunelms products or prices, but their delivery system is shockingly bad and cannot be relied upon. To add insult to injury I had to pay a delivery charge for this "service".

Dunelm is a great shop great range of bedding etc. Most of all the coffee shop is excellent .I have been to many places for my mocha coffee but the staff in Dunelm make the best it exceeds Costa and I always tell them.
