Service shocking. Very slow and can't get a simple order correct. Be aware the £5 lunch deal only applies online. We went in, said we wanted the deal.... Small pepperoni pizza, cookie and drink. We got a small chicken and bacon pizza with just the drink as they can't do the deal in-store!!! Telling us that before we paid would have been a great idea! Darlington dominoes has gone right down the hill.

Not only could the driver not find my address despite being given specific instructions, the order, when it finally arrived (after 2 phone calls to the store), was cold and wrong!
I made the driver take the order back and phoned the store for a refund .. only to be told they can't refund! Apparently you have to go to the feedback website to organise this.
On top of this, either the driver or the store lied to me. The store said the driver had tried to phone me, then when I quizzed him he said he cannot phone (really??), but he had phoned the store!
Needless to say they have lost my custom after this.

Rubbish customer service waited two hours for a pizza.. nothing offered as an apology other then, we will send it out in the next 15 minutes. Great. 2 hours and 30 minutes wait for one pizza and you can't even offer a 10% off next order to retain customers. Won't be ordering again and we will warn other off too. Rubbish service.

Spent a fortune for half cooked chips, pizza was hot round the edges stone cold in the middle, chicken wings were fine, never again first and last time ordering from me.

I had a great experience at this fine establishment. As I was greeted by a young handsome man named Josh W. He had a great eye for food as he instantly chose a great pizza when I was wondering what to choose. I would give him a pay rise for doing such a great job since according to domino's wages he gets paid less than the NHS. Which means he needs to get a pay rise for such magnificent service. It was just a shame the food tasted like the time I smelt this ginger person's breath which I used to know.

We ordered the pizza combo. 2 medium size pizza and 2 sides. We ordered pizza to buzz off tiredness and stress instead end up in more stress. The pizza didnt taste as the brand emphasize. I felt tomato sause only on each bite of pizza. Spent just £26 on pizza to bin the remaining slices. You really stressed me out dominos.
