“From start to finish the experience at Optical Express has been fantastic!initial appointment was thorough and professional which set the tone for the whole process,the clinic at Newcastle was spotlessly clean ,the staff from those who greeted and processed me to the surgeon and support medical staff who carried out the procedure were superb!
The procedure itself was pain free(6 minutes per eye!)the antibiotic eyedrops help your recovery,there was a gritty feeling for the first week which is a slight discomfort,but it was well worth it for the ability to be glasses free for the first time in 20 years!Wish I had done this sooner!P.S forgot to mention the aftercare which was also top quality!”
