These send messages saying you've moved to the top of the queue for support, but no-one answers the phone so what is the point?Some of us have been left in deep trauma by a therapist opening it all up again and not closing it down.So now I've had months of nightmares, paranoia, fear etc and now these don't pick up. Months of fighting with the GP to get the right help, pushed from person to person.Excellent mental health support, well done!

I stopped receiving calls after a few weeks I couldn?t make some appointments but I notified them of this in advance now I haven?t been contacted in weeks luckily I have had some help from my own family if there was someone in a severe situation like myself with mental health without help they would of committed suicide about now absolutely disgusting service your better off looking after yourself

Staff are lovely, caring, friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of fun activities to enjoy and there are some very interesting and knowledgeable volunteers and service users. Certainly recommended by me.
