Costa Darlington drive thru you?ve made my day. I have really bad social anxiety and I was heading into the office today absolutely dreading my day. Picked up one of the new festive hot chocolates through the drive thru on my way to an appointment, when i arrive, I check the drink and after paying £5, I am greeted with the cup only just half full, thankfully it tasted very nice.. but for £5, I am really disappointed that the cup was only just filled up halfway.. not worth the price at all ? no complaints on the staff, just the drink itself..

Very very poor attitude from staff. I was waiting to be served and continuously ignored- after 5 mins of waiting, I left. Service requires improvement.

The service is slow and stop. The tables are wobbly which makes them dangerous especially with hot drinks possibly spilling. Also there is a customer who goes in every day whose bodily hygiene makes the place stink which in turn makes you feel sick which is why we have stopped going.

I went in not too busy and had to wait while everyone behind the counter had finished their conversation. Eventually I ordered cortado and a hot chocolate and two cakes not a very good barista. There was no pattern on my cortado the cakes were stale. It was coming to the end of the day but professionalism should last till you clock out.
