Coffee here is always great but a special shout-out to the guy on the drive-thru around 12:30 today. He was very cheery and gave me a laugh.

Costa Darlington drive thru you’ve made my day. I have really bad social anxiety and I was heading into the office today absolutely dreading my day. You made me laugh when I made a booboo and when I got to work and saw the top of my lid well you made my day. Never underestimate what good service can do for someone xxx

Picked up one of the new festive hot chocolates through the drive thru on my way to an appointment, when i arrive, I check the drink and after paying £5, I am greeted with the cup only just half full, thankfully it tasted very nice.. but for £5, I am really disappointed that the cup was only just filled up halfway.. not... read full comment
