Sorry guys. I've seen the Costa branches all slide downhill in the last 2 years. Dirty cafes. Rude staff. Low quality coffee and food.
I'm sure you could all do better with management training and regular quality checks.

Can't have this amount of tables and people with only x2 toilets. Ladies changing nappies in one toilet taking ages. Needs another. Shouldn't be allowed only x2 toilets covering men/ ladies disabled people and changing facilities. Over 80 seats in here, never mind the high chairs, then prams come in and wheel chairs. X2 toilets is,wrong!!!

Staff are friendly and approachable and helpful... following government guidelines and ppe in place.... clean and tidy.... enjoy take away or sir in... plenty of choices from cold and hot drinks to cake and sandwich and toasties.... definitely worth a visit.....Parking: Have to park in local car parks in the areaWheelchair accessibility: There is a small step in the frontdoor..only single door width to get through..
