Sorry guys. I've seen the Costa branches all slide downhill in the last 2 years. Dirty cafes. Rude staff. Low quality coffee and food. I'm sure you could all do better with management training and regular quality checks.

Great place. Excellent hot chocolate. The grumpy, unpleasant, and rude staff simply refused to listen.
